PlonHub Docs

Privacy and cookies

Basic privacy, cookies, and analytics information.

Full documents are available in the app:

Cookies

PlonHub uses cookies for sign-in, preferences, and core service features.

A signed visitor cookie may help anonymous users use reactions and video view counting without creating an account.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled, it helps understand product usage and stability. Cookie settings can be changed in the app.

Upload audit

When a video is uploaded, PlonHub stores a technical upload record for security, moderation, reports, and rights disputes. The audit includes file data, video metadata, IP address, User-Agent, selected technical request headers, and Bunny Stream identifiers. Cookies, session tokens, and authorization headers are not stored in this audit record.

Operational logs and account audit

PlonHub stores technical application and container logs to diagnose errors, abuse, and security issues. Operational logs are available only to administrators and are retained for up to 90 days.

For important account events, PlonHub stores an account audit trail, including account creation, sign-in, sign-out, email verification, password reset, profile changes, comments, and upload events. The account audit trail is available only to administrators and is retained for up to 2 years. Cookies, session tokens, and authorization headers are not stored in this audit trail.

Email

Transactional emails cover security, account, moderation, and important service events. New-video emails from subscriptions are treated as a subscription preference.
